Karen Larson

Welcome to 1st grade!  I am excited to start a new school year!

In my classroom I believe all children can learn, so I work very hard at differentiating my instruction to meet the needs of my students.   I create an inviting learning environment to establish a healthy relationship with my students and their families.

I have been teaching since 1985.  I graduated from Winona State University with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education in 1985.  I graduated from Hamline University with a graduate degree in Education in 1995.  I live in Bloomington with my three daughters and my husband.  I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, shopping and summers at my cabin.

You can email me at Karen.Larson@mpls.k12.mn.us or call (612) 668-4000.
